Head Spa Policies
To ensure the highest standards of service and care, we have established a set of policies designed to promote clarity and mutual respect. Payments and Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
All required forms and waivers must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fee.

There is a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. After this period, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.​

Forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card or Apple Pay/Google Pay, we are a CASHLESS establishment.
Head Spa Experiences
Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry and leave-in conditioner. Microfiber drying caps and/or blow dry services are available at an additional charge. Note: This is a blow dry finish, not a blow-out or styling option.
Service Denial Conditions
Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of dirt, dandruff, or product buildup such as gel, hair spray, or grease. Clients should pre-wash their hair prior to the appointment.

Services will be denied if there are any signs of a hair or scalp disease or medical disorder such as folliculitis, ringworm, psoriasis, or SEVERE seborrheic dermatitis.
​
Services cannot be performed on clients with hair extensions (e.g., braids, micro-links, sew-ins).
Additional Information
​Our Lanham location is located on the 3rd floor of a professional office building. You enter on the 2nd floor and will have to take a flight of stairs to reach the 3rd floor.

No additional guests will be allowed if not being serviced.
